Prescription Products
No Returns or Exchanges: Due to regulatory and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of prescription products. All sales of prescription medications are final.
Errors in Prescription Filling: If you believe there has been an error in filling your prescription, please contact us immediately through your Vigormeds account for assistance.
Membership Subscription Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation Within 30 Days of Initial Enrollment: If you decide to cancel your membership within 30 days of your initial enrollment (the first time you sign up for Vigormeds Service), you are eligible for a full refund of your first month's fee. Upon cancellation, you will lose immediate access to your membership benefits. Note: No other refunds, returns, or exchanges for products are accepted beyond this period.
Cancellation After 30 Days of Initial Enrollment: If you cancel your membership after 30 days from your initial enrollment, you are not eligible for a refund. You will retain access to Vigormeds Service for the remainder of your paid month.
Reactivation of Membership: If you cancel your subscription while having an active prescription on file, you can reactivate your membership by paying an amount equal to one month's fee of your previous plan. Both the reactivation fee and the new subscription fee will be charged simultaneously.
Subscription Renewal and Cancellation Policy
How to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at info@vigormeds.com.
Effective Date of Cancellation: Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period.
Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew for another period unless you cancel at least thirty (30) days before the applicable renewal processing date.
Refunds Outside of Policy
Case-by-Case Basis: Vigormeds Service reserves the right to provide refunds outside of this policy at our sole discretion.
Subscription Pause: We may offer you the ability to pause your subscription for a specified period.
Pricing Information
Price Changes: All prices are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed, except for orders that have been accepted by Vigormeds Service.
Accepted Orders: Prices for accepted orders will not change after acceptance.
Total Subscription Price Breakdown
Simplified Billing: You will see and be required to pay a single "total" subscription price for your convenience.
Included Services: The total price includes charges for the use of our platform (Vigormeds Service Fee), costs for prescription drugs provided by the Pharmacy (Pharmacy Charges), and fees for services rendered by the Provider through the Medical Group (Medical Group Fees). These amounts are collected on behalf of and paid to the respective Pharmacies and Medical Groups.
